2016-17 LEAD PM IN £4.5M HIGH PRESSURE & HIGH TEMPERATURE PROCESS
During our time working with a client in South Wales, we collaborated closely to ensure that their designed vision became a reality. Key project areas within site safety, risk and contractor management were fulfilled. Integration of 28 different process systems to create a semi-automatic high temp/pressure industrial process. 100% deliverable hit. Zero incidents or accidents!

2019 PLANNING & EXECUTION OF SHUTDOWN AT TOP TIER COMAH SITE
Planning, preparation and risk management for 10 week continuous turnaround on Top Tier COMAH site. Multi-disciplined team. 100% delivery. No LTI's or accidents.
The Client was suitable impressed with ASTERIS' shutdown management and delivery.
2020 PLANNING & EXECUTION OF SHUTDOWN AT TOP TIER COMAH SITE
Further work with existing client following successful shutdown works in 2019.
Planning, preparation of 46No. work packages for 11 week continuous shutdown at Top Tier COMAH site.
Again 100% hit on deliverables with zero LTIs or accidents.

2020 PROJECT & SAFETY/RISK MANAGEMENT SUPPORT
During our time working we ensured that safety critical HIRA work was closed out in timely fashion. The Client explained their requirements and ASTERIS co-ordinated the rest to successful close out.
